Neven Marinovic is co-founder and executive director of Smart Kolektiv, a leading Serbian organization in the field of CSR and social entrepreneurship. He is also a director of the Responsible Business Forum — business network established by leading companies with the aim to mainstream CSR in the Serbia. Neven gained formal education at the department for production and cultural management — Faculty of Drama Arts, University of Arts, Belgrade,  and informal  thru numerous educational programs throughout Europe and USA, including Harvard university course for non-profit management and leadership. He has given numerous lectures, speeches and trainings on the topics of social entrepreneurship and CSR both in Serbia and abroad, including many European countries, as well as US, Latin America and Africa. Neven co-founded a number of social enterprises in Serbia, and was among the initiators of various programs that support social and young entrepreneurs ranging from incubators and training programs, to financing schemes and advocacy coalitions. He has advised and consulted many companies and organizations such as OSCE, World Bank, Intesa Bank, Coca Cola and UNDP among others. Before co-founding Smart Kolektiv, he worked in marketing industry, for cultural institutions, as well as for some of the leading civil society organizations in Serbia. Neven is alumni of the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office International Leaders Program and a part of the Responsible Leaders Network initiated by BMW Foundation.
