Fitore was one the first activist to start connecting communities of Kosovo and Serbia after the bloody war.  As the activist of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights in 2002 she organized first visit of Kosovar youth and artist to EXIT festival in Serbia. She still patiently and carefully works on building connections between societies divided by war, prejudices and propaganda. Her recent performances in Belgrade although interrupted by Serbian nationalists won applauses. Fitore expresses herself through paintings, murals and performances, her works often talk about empowerment of women in patriarchal society. Fitore will talk about connecting divided communities through art culture.
